Here are list of Anti-Wrinkle food!
Basically something that would prevent your skin from wrinkle and something that helps regenerate your skin.
Vitamin C food – Kiwi, lemon, acerola, yuzu, bell pepper, lotus root…etc
Protein food – Fermented soybean, quinoa, lentils, beans, broccoli…etc.
Elastin food – Salmon, brazilian nut, freeze-dried tofu…etc
Ceramide food – Konjac, rice, soybean, wheat…etc
Antioxidants food – Deeply colored vegetables, seaweed, almonds, banana..etc
We regenerate our skin in our sleep, it is effective to eat those anti-wrinkle food for dinner and rest good at night.
Besides food, avoid sun damage is the key for anti-wrinkle because UV will damage collagen which is 70% of dermis and provides strength in your skin.
If collagen is not there, your skin will sag and cause wrinkle.
I wear sunblock on my face even in the winter and when it’s cloudy.
